From Discovery to Delivery
The Implementation Process

We seek to discover pregnancy care centers who want to implement the BIRTH OF A FAMILY program.

We engage in a formal commitment with these pregnancy care centers and begin investment in the development of their BIRTH OF A FAMILY Program.

A Project Charter is prepared for each individual center. The charter details implementation, considering the unique features of that center. It is then ratified by the center’s leaders and board.

THE PROJECT CHARTERS includes:

  • Vision
  • Mission
  • Goals
  • Strategies
  • Desired Outcomes
  • Program Scope of Operations
  • Program Oversight
  • Assessments and Evaluations
  • Milestones
  • Principles and Procedures
  • Human Resources
  • Financial Considerations
  • Grant Information
  • Facilities
  • Timing
  • Other Resources

Procurement is the acquisition of resources necessary to carry out the activities of each BIRTH OF A FAMILY program. We are committed to helping acquire everything needed to initiate, develop and establish a sustainable BIRTH OF A FAMILY program including people, places and money.

We provide training for each BIRTH OF A FAMILY program team.

We help assemble other benefits needed to insure the long term success of each BIRTH OF A FAMILY program including marketing materials, THE BIRTH OF A FAMILY program curriculum, and BIRTH OF A FAMILY staff support.

Launch occurs when pregnancy care centers are adequately prepared to populate classes for their clients to attend.

A desired outcome of each BIRTH OF A FAMILY program will be new nuclear families that include fathers, mothers and their children living and growing together in one home. We are committed to helping see this vision become a reality again and again.
